Journey Youth

Journey Youth is a community for students aged 13-19 years, and a place where we find courage and acceptance in the hope of Jesus Christ.  Starting in September, we will be gathering weekly to complete Alpha’s Youth program together.  Our hope is that Journey Youth will provide our students with faith, and equip them for the unique challenges that are faced in their communities today.

If you would like more information on our Youth meetings and events, please contact our Youth Ministry Director, Josh Sardella at josh@icc-uk.org who will be very happy to help you.

Discovery is our class for ages 10-12 that meets on Sunday mornings during our worship service in Room C.  Following the New City Catechism curriculum, we learn about and discuss topics that are the foundation of our faith and pivotal in developing a knowledge of who God is, and what is our purpose.   Our last class of the school year will take place on June 11th and will relaunch next school year beginning again on Sunday September 10th.

At ICC we partner with the local YoungLife and WyldLife chapters.  They are a para church ministry that has the philosophy of introducing adolescents to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith.

Adventure Kids

From Kindergarten/Year 1 (age 5-6) until Grade 4/Year 5 (age 9-10)

At ICC we like the children to attend the first part of the main service for a time of family worship, songs, prayers and offering.  Then they will be invited to attend Kids Church in Room A where they will have their own time of activities and teaching at an age-appropriate level.

Ages 0-4

We love having our Creche kids as part of our church!  Our younger kids are invited to join us in the Creche for the entire service.  This is located in Room D of Chertsey Hall.  To find us, just go through the doors on the left side of the Main hall where church meets, and you’ll find the Creche straight ahead.  Our Creche leaders love working with this age group!

Alternatively you are welcome to keep your kids with you during the worship service.  Even if they make a little noise, it’s okay – they are probably just worshipping, too!
